  • 450 grams Turnips
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 1 dessertspoon Chives, finely chopped
  • 1 grams Salt
  • Pepper

  1. Boil the potatoes and turnips and mash them together with butter.
  2. Add the chives, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix thoroughly and serve very hot.
