  • 175 grams Shortcrust Pastry, prepared
  • 2 large Onions, grated
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 2 medium Eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 tins Anchovy Fillets, small
  • 150 ml Double Cream

{tab Instructions} 

  1. Bake 24 small fluted tartlets from the shortcrust pastry.
  2. Cook the onions in the butter until soft and transparent.
  3. Blend the onions with the finely chopped eggs, the drained and chopped anchovies, and the cream.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the tartlets and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180˚C for 20-25 minutes.
