  • 1 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 400 grams Feta Cheese
  • 2 medium Eggs, beaten
  • 50 grams Butter
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 200 grams Semolina

{tab Instructions} 

  1. In a bowl mix the flour with the cheese the eggs, the butter (melted), the salt and the pepper.
  2. Mix well to make a thick pulp.
  3. Spread the semolina on a baking pan.
  4. Spread the mixture on the baking pan and bake in 180°C for 50 minutes.
  5. Let the pie cool and cut it in small pieces.
