Duck with ApricotsBitter-sweet oranges are a classic flavouring and garnish with duck. This recipe provides the sharper tang of fresh apricots, tinned apricots may be used instead.

  • 450 grams Apricots
  • ½ medium Orange, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Apricot Brandy
  • 2 tablespoons Brandy
