  • 58 grams Butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 70 grams Bread Crumbs
  • 30 grams Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 6 medium Chicken Breast Halves

{tab Instructions}

  1. Heat oven to 190˚C.
  2. Mix butter and mustard in shallow dish until well mixed.
  3. Mix bread crumbs and cheese in large plastic bag.
  4. Dip one piece of chicken at a time into butter mixture, coating all sides.
  5. Then place in bag of bread crumbs, seal bag and shake to coat with crumb mixture.
  6. Place chicken in single layer in ungreased rectangular pan.
  7. Bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centres of thickest pieces are cut.
